Damage / loss compensation guide

5. It takes about one month for the courier to process the refund.

How to apply

2. Our Customer Center -> Notification to Shipping Center -> Lost and Damaged Reception Center
3. Lost and Damage Compensation Notice Sent from the Shipper to the Shipping Center -> Complete the Refund Application at the Shipping Center
-> Refund to the Company -> Refund to the customer according to the compensation standard
4. It takes about one month for the courier's refund procedure.

If compensation is not possible

1. If mail is lost, stolen or damaged due to force majeure such as fire, natural disasters, etc.
2. Due to the cause of the sender
    - If mail is damaged due to poor packaging
    - If mail is damaged due to the nature of the article
    - If the item value is not listed
3. If it is confiscated or discarded by the authorities concerned, such as gold products
4. Recipient receives mail without objection
5. For fishing rod products or products with glass, it is not possible to return in accordance with the International Air Regulations.

- Damaged goods will be collected by the customer. Do not return it to the sending country!
  Please contact us if you need to return it from the Shipping Bureau.
